Family Empowerment Director

Emily has been with the Crisis Nursery since 2008, starting as an Intake Counselor in one of the Nurseries and working in many different roles. She now works at the William F. Siedhoff Family Empowerment Center in North St. Louis.

Emily says, “It is very important to me that all of the therapeutic services I provide to families are free and that there are no barriers to service delivery. I love the holistic wraparound approach the Crisis Nursery takes, which addresses the entire family and all of their needs. And I love being on this team and getting the opportunity to help people every day. Sometimes, I feel sorry for people who don’t get to make a difference in their jobs every day!
