Our Locations

The Crisis Nursery has five Nurseries with Child Specialists, Child and Family Specialists and Overnight Child Specialists. Our Nurseries operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year throughout St. Louis and St. Charles counties:

• Crisis Nursery Centene Center, located in South St. Louis City

• Crisis Nursery North, located near Christian Hospital

• Crisis Nursery West, located in St. Charles City

• Crisis Nursery St. Charles, located near St. Joseph’s Health Center in St. Charles

• Crisis Nursery Wentzville, located near St. Joseph’s Health Center in Wentzville

The Nursery also has 11 Family Empowerment Centers in St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, and Lincoln Counties. They serve as a home base for our Family Empowerment Counselors, who support and assist families in creating a stable environment for their children. Our counselors affect change in family dynamics through counseling, community referrals, home visitation, parent education, and intervening early to minimize risk factors for children.
