Karen has been an integral part of the organization since 2007, starting as a Data Entry Coordinator and growing into her current role as Director of Development and Community Engagement. Over the years, she has worn many hats, gaining extensive experience in database management, fundraising, marketing, and donor cultivation. Karen is passionate about building meaningful relationships and has a talent for connecting the organization’s mission with a donor’s unique passions and motivations.
