Appointed as CEO in March 2024, Molly brings visionary leadership and an unparalleled depth of experience to an organization she has shaped at every level. Under her guidance, the Nursery continues to thrive as a beacon of hope, providing a safe haven for children and supporting families during crises.

Molly’s journey with the Crisis Nursery began in 1999, where she started as an intern and rapidly progressed through various roles, including Senior Clinical Director and Chief Program Officer. Her career reflects a tireless dedication to growth and excellence—whether by implementing innovative programs, cultivating donor relationships, or fostering professional development within her team. Her efforts have ensured that the Nursery's services remain accessible and aligned with the evolving needs of the community.

As CEO, Molly serves as a dynamic advocate for the organization, building partnerships with stakeholders, presenting to community groups, and spearheading fund development initiatives. Her expertise in program development, strategic leadership, and donor cultivation has propelled the Nursery into its 39th year of service, reinforcing its mission to provide 24/7 care across five locations in the St. Louis region.

Molly’s academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Louis University. A Licensed Professional Counselor, she combines clinical expertise with a visionary approach to leadership. Molly’s unwavering passion for the mission of the Crisis Nursery and her innovative strategies ensure that the organization remains a cornerstone of support for families across the region.
