As Training Coordinator for the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery, T’Airra helps ensure that every staff member is fully trained in the most current and effective methods, including Trauma Informed Care, Strengths Based Care, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and more. In her spare time she coaches a children’s dance team.
